I called at 11:36 AM and Nathan showed up at 1 PM. He's a nice guy who knocked out our clogged drain line to get us back in service quickly and efficiently. First time I've had to call a plumber out but I feel the price was very reasonable and worth the service provided. Hopefully, I won't need "on-the-spot" plumbing services again, but if I do, I know who I'll be calling! Thanks, Nathan. Top-notch!

When you come home from running an errand to find your water tank running all over the floor, Who do you call? We've used Robert Brown plumbing a few times in the past for some minor fixes and have always been happy with them. So at 9:00 in the morning with water running out of my hot water tank closet and no way to turn it off I called Robert Brown plumbing, they had somebody here within an hour to turn the water off thankfully and by 1:30 in the afternoon had replaced my hot water tank! Friendly confident people are great to do business with!

I had previously used a well-known plumbing company but they recently went to commercial-only service. I called Robert Brown and they were very friendly and cordial on the phone and had someone come out in a timely manner. I had a problem with a specific faucet that other plumbers could not fix. The two technicians they sent out, Robby and Jimmy, were determined to find a way to repair this faucet. They stayed after it and even called the local distributor for schematics. Bought a new dishwasher and the installers let us know at 3:30 on a Friday we needed a plumber to finish the installation. An hour later and Jeremy and Jimmy had my family taken care of. Work was fast and they talked me through everything they did. It was a great experience. All in all, we paid less than what Lowe’s contracts out for an install. Highly recommend.

This company is the absolute best! I noticed that I had a leak at my water meter on a Friday night, called the company after hours on Saturday to provide them with my information so that they can call me on Monday. Not only did they promptly call me at 7:30 am on Monday, but they were also at my house at 8:30 am the same day! They made sure they inspected inside and out to make sure there were no other problems and took the time to explain to me what the problem was! They are professional and very kind and would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

This is not the first company I called. I had a sewage problem on a Saturday, and I called a plumbing company that had more reviews before I called Robert Brown. The first company I called never returned my phone call and wasted about 2 hours of my time. I then decided to try Robert Brown Plumbing even though they had no reviews. They picked up the phone immediately on a Saturday, and they had a man out in here an hour. The gentleman that showed up for the call was courteous and had a positive attitude. My job was a pretty tough one because the sewer drain was stopped about 50 feet down the line out by the street. We had to dig up the line in my yard to clear it. Even though the work took about three hours, my invoice from the company was fairly priced. My experience with this company and their great employee, Dan, makes me think of "Robert Brown" when I'm thinking plumbing.

Wonderful experience using Robert Brown Plumbing! The receptionist was pleasant to talk to and was able to make me a service appointment when I asked. Got a phone call before my appointment to let us know they would be arriving soon! The technician was on time, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Although we ended up needing a new water heater (bummer) it was installed right away and we were back with hot water in no time at all! Would recommend them for any plumbing needs!
